Refund policy
Due to the nature of jewellery and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable.
As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size, pattern, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the design process and are not considered defects.
Items showing signs of wear, accidental damage, damage due to misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
