Returns & Exchanges

At KraftedbyAmy, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, intention and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, where applicable.

Handcrafted Nature

Every KraftedbyAmy piece is individually handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, size, pattern or finish may occur.

These natural variations reflect the authenticity of handcrafted Afrocentric jewellery and make every piece unique. They are part of the design process and are not considered defects.

Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for items that show signs of:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage

Misuse or improper handling

Failure to follow the recommended care instructions

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where an error on our part has occurred.
